1. Acceptance of Terms and Age Restriction

By accessing or using Raymo.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or create an account. If you do not agree to these terms or do not meet the age requirement, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Raymo.ai provides a subscription-based platform offering various Artificial Intelligence tools, including but not limited to image generation, file translation, and audio transcription. The Service utilizes third-party APIs (such as Replicate and fal.ai) to process these requests.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Credits: Usage of the tools requires credits. Subscriptions grant a specific number of credits per billing cycle. Unused standard monthly credits reset at the end of the billing cycle.

Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and subscription lifecycles are managed via Zotlo.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be performed directly within your Raymo.ai account settings or via the Zotlo subscription portal using your email address. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your credits until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to a strict usage condition: Refunds are only eligible for accounts that have not used any credits. If you have generated content or utilized any credits on the platform, your subscription is strictly non-refundable.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Raymo.ai the temporary right to process and store it to provide the Service. You agree not to upload:

• Content that violates any intellectual property rights.
• Content that is illegal, non-consensual, explicit, or harmful.
• Materials intended to exploit or abuse the AI generation capabilities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service and AI-generated outputs are provided "AS IS". Raymo.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or specific outcomes of the AI tools. Fitbest Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. and Heymobile Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye.
