Depending on the activity, your data is managed by:

Primary Data Controller (Service Operation): Fitbest Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Turkey) is responsible for the operation of the software, user accounts, and image/data processing operations.

Joint Controller (Payments): Heymobile Tech Ltd (United Kingdom) is responsible for processing payments, billing, and tax compliance as the Merchant of Record.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our Service:

Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, password (hashed), and basic profile information.

User Content: We collect the files, images, PDFs, or audio files that you upload to the Service to be processed by our AI tools.

Payment Data: To process subscriptions, our payment processor (Stripe) and subscription manager (Zotlo) collect your billing details. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information (Cookies & Tech Data): We collect IP addresses, browser types, and device information. We use essential cookies to manage your session, keep you logged in, and analyze website traffic to improve our product.

3. How We Use and Process Your Data

Providing the AI Service: Your uploaded files are transmitted to third-party Artificial Intelligence API providers (including, but not limited to, Replicate and fal.ai) via secure endpoints to generate the outputs you request.

AI Model Training: While Raymo.ai does not use your personal data to train our own models, please note that third-party AI service providers may process the data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We continuously strive to use enterprise API endpoints that prioritize user privacy and zero-data retention wherever possible.

Billing & Subscriptions: To manage your account, process monthly top-ups, and handle fraud prevention.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

User Content Retention: Files uploaded to Raymo.ai and the resulting AI-generated outputs are stored securely on our servers so you can access your history via your dashboard. They are kept until you explicitly request their deletion.

User Deletion: You may choose to manually delete your files, images, or entire account at any time through your account dashboard. Upon deletion, data is removed from our active servers immediately.

Account and Payment Records: Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax laws.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Your data may be shared with:

Third-Party AI Providers: Securely sent to providers like Replicate and fal.ai to generate service outputs.

Payment & Subscription Platforms: Shared with Stripe and Zotlo to facilitate secure payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.

Internal Transfer: Data is shared between Fitbest (Turkey) and Heymobile (UK) for operational and accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights
